Jacque brings deep experience in both finance and real estate, having purchased his first property at just 18. As an active property investor himself with a portfolio that continues to grow, he understands first hand the challenges and opportunities of building wealth through real estate.
With over a decade of mortgage broking experience, Jacque specialises in helping clients structure their finance to support property growth and cashflow investment strategies. He works with self-employed and PAYG clients, and has a particular focus on those looking to grow or manage multiple investment properties—including through Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).
Jacque founded That Finance Guy to deliver personalised, strategy-driven finance solutions for ambitious investors. The goal is simple: to help clients move toward
financial freedom faster, through smart, well-structured lending that allows
them to gain exposure to rising real estate values.
When he's not working with clients, you’ll find Jacque enjoying the Gold Coast lifestyle with his young family—playing competitive tennis, hitting the golf course or cycling through the hinterland. A passionate skier, he's also chased powder turns at 38 resorts around the world (and counting).
